Senior Services Manager, Supply Chain

• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Human Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions as needed
• Lead projects from initiation through SOS
• Champion the FLIGHT Stage Gate process and drive timely leadership decisions
• Develop and deploy end-to-end business-unit supply chain strategy
• Drive implementation through projects and initiatives supporting Litter BU objectives
• Lead supply chain strategy for competitiveness, growth, innovation, and cost savings
• Represent end-to-end Supply Chain in innovation leadership forums, Discovery, and pre-charter work
• Integrate supply strategy with innovation objectives based on capability, capacity, cost, service, timing, and risk
• Develop supply options for new products, packaging, claims, formats, and commercial plans
• Synthesize inputs from Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, R&D, and business teams
• Define assumptions, constraints, dependencies, decision needs, and supply chain deliverables from Discovery through charter
• Identify capability gaps, resource needs, timing risks, and mitigation plans
• Implement BU cost savings projects and pipeline
• Lead strategic margin improvement and cost savings projects through execution, benefit validation, risk management, and handoff
• Develop decision-ready business cases
• Coordinate governance routines, remove barriers, confirm financial treatment, and align next actions
• Identify margin expansion opportunities using benchmarks, performance data, and business priorities
• Advance Services functional capability through shared learning with the Project Management Community of Practice
• Design and implement best-practice processes for efficient Supply Chain resource use
• Monitor external supply chain benchmarks, capabilities, trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence
• Model effective team dynamics and engage required resources

• BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related technical degree
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline, including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, and Logistics
• Demonstrated track record of success
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering employee growth and development
• Ability to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain performance and capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with and influence subordinates, peers, and senior executives
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal forms
• Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks
• Flexibility to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work
• Commitment to deliver complex projects and initiatives on time and on budget
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies
• Curiosity and ongoing development about the external environment
