Planner III

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and material planning within assigned product or lifecycle scope
• Execute planning activities using enterprise planning systems to align supply and demand
• Support planning deliverables for NPI readiness, ECO planning, sustaining operations, and transitions
• Perform part shortage analysis, root cause analysis, and basic scenario evaluation
• Identify material availability, service-level, and transition risks; elevate with supporting data
• Support corrective action implementation under established processes and guidance
• Collaborate with Product, Business Units, Service Business Units, Operations, Logistics, and Regional Planning partners
• Serve as a planning point of contact within defined scope, communicating status and risks
• Maintain planning data accuracy and support adherence to standard planning processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives involving planning tools, processes, and data quality
• Build understanding of product lifecycle planning concepts and business drivers
• Develop planning judgment, identify risks, and propose improvements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; emphasis in Supply Chain or Engineering
• 3–7 years of inventory management, supply planning, or demand planning experience, including KPI management
• Semiconductor background strongly preferred, especially in Parts, Warranty, or Service
• Proficiency with ERP/supply chain systems such as Oracle, SAP, SPP, or similar
• Strong project management and innovation skills
• Excellent analytical ability and proven data-driven solution development
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
• Skilled in interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and issues
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Sound business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated curiosity and structured learning

Demonstrates expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and material planning, with a strong focus on utilizing ERP systems like Oracle and SAP. Proven ability to analyze data, identify risks, and implement corrective actions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
