Senior Manager, Commercial Supply Chain

Role

Lead technical packaging specialist supporting commercial supply for biopharma oncology products, ensuring quality, compliance, and supply continuity.

• act as primary contact for external contract packagers and component suppliers;
• oversee packaging operations, deviations, complaints, and investigations;
• support technology transfer and validation activities;
• develop specifications, BOMs, and process instructions;
• collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams;
• support product launches, regulatory submissions, and serialization compliance;
• drive process improvements and ensure GMP adherence.

• B.S./M.S. in Mechanical/Packaging Engineering or related field;
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical logistics, packaging, and supply chain management;
• deep knowledge of cGMPs, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and global packaging standards;
• experience managing external packagers, product launches, and complex projects across regions;
• understanding of serialization (e.g., DSCSA, FMD), distribution, and cold chain logistics;
• strong project management, communication, and organizational skills;
• proficiency in statistical analysis and regulatory requirements.
