About the Role:

The Supervisor, Indirect Procurement is responsible for leading the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities that support day-to-day business operations across the organization. This role oversees a team of procurement professionals while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure goods and services are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company objectives.

This position is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys balancing strategic sourcing initiatives with team leadership responsibilities, building strong supplier partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across procurement operations.

• Lead day-to-day indirect procurement operations, ensuring purchasing activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies
• Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development support for the procurement team
• Manage procurement requests through intake systems, workflow tools, and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely response and prioritization
• Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support organizational goals
• Oversee supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain contract management processes, including recordkeeping, renewals, compliance monitoring, and internal controls
• Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards to support operational consistency and compliance
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, leverage technology, and improve procurement efficiency
• Resolve complex procurement, supplier, and contract-related issues while ensuring strong customer service and stakeholder satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Five (5) or more years of indirect procurement experience
• Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements and managing contracts
• Two (2) or more years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
• Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, preferably Icertis
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, contract negotiations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

• Experience supporting procurement operations in a complex or multi-functional business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience developing procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
