• This is a covered position under a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with the SEIU Local 1, Missouri.

This position involves performing daily cleaning duties and special cleaning projects in accordance with standard procedures and contract objectives. The employee uses various cleaning equipment, including automatic floor machines, vacuums, wet mops, and other supplies.

Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM, at a rate of $16.20 per hour.

Performs cleaning tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, trash removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safety of the facility.

• Perform general clean-up of all areas as directed.
• Maintain and fully equip rooms.
• Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Service and supply restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling, transport waste as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and metal fixtures.
• Handle non-routine and heavy cleaning jobs upon request.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report repairs and replacements needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and steam-clean carpets.
• Use cleaning machines after proper training.
• Follow procedures for chemical and equipment use.

• Clean toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures.
• Replenish supplies like soap and toilet paper.
• Empty trash and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean grout and dust vents.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• At least 3 years of cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English and/or Spanish language skills preferred.
