Key Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform basic vacation rental preventative maintenance
• Assist with minor repairs
• Keep records of all maintenance work performed
• Comply with all safety regulations

Maintenance Technician Benefits

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in preventative maintenance
• Understanding and utilizing timekeeping, communication, and task management phone apps.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
