You are invited to begin a career in housekeeping with a supportive team that offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed minimum wage, and opportunities to earn up to $800.00 per week. No experience required – we provide training, cleaning supplies, uniform, and a company car.

• Guaranteed minimum wage of $15.50/hr
• Potential to earn up to $800.00 per week
• Paid time off: up to 10 days per year
• Sick time: 1 hour per 30 hours worked
• Vacation time: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
• Company car, uniform, supplies, training, and appointments supplied

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate professionally.
• For team lead positions: manage team schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are loaded.
• Maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is properly stocked.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate with clients.
