The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move‑ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen‑Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
