Job Description

• Mentor, teach, and train the proper work habits to an assigned SSE employee
• Conduct/participate in company safety and training programs, rope access training and rescue scenarios when it is in need
• Complies with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company and clients
• Must be able to follow the direction of project managers
• Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, and paperwork.
• Inspect rope/rigging prior to crew starting up rope access training
• Provide full rescue plan prior to crew starting up work activities
• Ensure that rope activities are following current SPRAT guidelines
• Must have computer skills to work in Microsoft outlook, excel and word in order to perform the digital part of the tracking/reporting process

• Rope Access Level 3 certified (valid cert)
• Experience in training rope access
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Available Monday through Friday
