21 is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our Facilities team in Caruthersville, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of our company owned facilities and the environment surrounding them.

The team member in this safety‑sensitive position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Technician will maintain HVAC, generator, fire safety systems and perform routine and preventative maintenance while adhering to all safety and customer courtesy policies.

• Interact with guests and team members to positively influence experience.
• Perform maintenance tasks as instructed by Facilities Manager or Shift Manager.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, generator and fire safety systems.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and employees.
• Complete all maintenance service requests assigned.
• General maintenance of company owned facilities and property.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on systems with supervisory instruction.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery safely.
• Use chemicals safely with all precautions.
• Operate lifts and company equipment in a safe manner.
• Assist in monitoring work performed by outside contractors.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate degree in Facilities or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in building maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
