Store Bike Mechanic - Amsterdam

Swapfiets is a bicycle subscription service that keeps cities more livable and sustainable by offering reliable, always‑working bikes. We’re looking for a bike mechanic who can help us keep our fleet roadworthy and our customers happy.

• Repair pedal bikes and e‑bikes independently, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy.
• Record and maintain accurate repair data in the shop database.
• Learn and practice safe work methods; safety is everyone's responsibility.

• Experience with e‑bikes and pedal bikes (knowledge of related hardware is a plus).
• Available for a full‑time 40‑hour week.
• Passion for cycling, mobility, sustainability and customer service.
• Fluent in English.

• Own Swapfiets bike (lend‑lease).
