We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team as an independent contractor! This role is responsible for receiving, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for our properties. Laundry is completed at a laundromat conveniently located next door to our facility. Pay is based on workload and volume, with weekly payouts every Friday.

• Receive and organize incoming dirty laundry from cleaning staff or delivery.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other items according to Well & Good standards.
• Ensure all laundry is cleaned efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Keep the laundry area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Track completed loads and report any damaged or missing items.
• Communicate with the support team regarding supplies, equipment issues, or scheduling needs.
• Follow all Well & Good processes to ensure a consistent and timely turnaround.

• Experience with laundry operations preferred but not required. (commercial or residential).
• Ability to lift and move bags or bins of laundry (up to 30 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Ability to use company apps (Slack and Breezeway) for updates and communication.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Tax  (TIN) or Social Security Number required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with regulations.

Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 an hour based on experience. Job Type: Part-Time.
