Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on‑site role for a Floor Technician located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Floor Technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining flooring in healthcare and professional environments. Duties include carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and general upkeep of surfaces to ensure a clean, safe, and hospitable environment. Working in coordination with the Environmental Services team, the technician will adhere to cleanliness standards while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Carpet and Floor Cleaning techniques
- Experience with Waxing and maintaining various floor types
- Strong Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the Environmental Services team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or environmental services is a plus
