A General Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front‑of‑house areas. Guest‑room and public‑area entry‑level preventative maintenance are included. The engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

6:30 am – 2:30 pm, 5 days a week (both weekend days). Occasional coverage on the evening shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm).

Hourly rate: $25.

• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred
• General knowledge of construction, swimming‑pool maintenance, electrical/mechanical/plumbing
• Good customer service skills are also required
