Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can identify the various tasks and strategies that are necessary to sustaining the ongoing daily operations.

Pay will be based on experience.

• Troubleshoot machinery and detect root causes of malfunctions.
• Potential light plumbing, electrical work such as conduit bending and wire pulling (preferred). Repair and upkeep of all machines throughout the building as well as the building itself and the grounds (including but not limited to power washing tanks, the facility, and weed eating when necessary).
• Ensure all building systems are running at optimal efficiency and operational capacity.
• Maintain inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
• Identify maintenance risks throughout the building.
• Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Think quickly and investigate positional issues for corrective action.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrates good computer skill.

• Must be 21 years of age to apply.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to be fitted for and wear all required protective equipment.
