Schedule:

7:30 am - 4:00 pm

As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities—ensuring that clients and staff experience a comfortable, well-cared-for environment every day. From repairing equipment to supporting facility upkeep, your work directly supports our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assembling furniture, and conducting basic repairs.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of offices, restrooms, showers, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in receiving, restocking, and tracking materials and supplies; notify appropriate staff of low inventory.
  • Support occasional facility projects and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of the facility.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
  • Working knowledge of general housekeeping, cleaning methods, and basic maintenance procedures preferred
  • General knowledge of building and equipment maintenance and repair preferred
  • At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance or janitorial operations preferred
  • A valid driver’s license at the time of hire required
