The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to support our Missouri properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and prepare apartments for turnovers while ensuring safety and reliability of systems and equipment.
You will also document work, source supplies, and respond to service requests with a customer-focused approach. Ideal candidates have a High school/GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
