Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is a hands-on role, responsible for development and implementation of all operations for the Cryo-Mach business. The Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for establishing safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, procurement and lean objectives. The Operation Manager will lead and supervise a team of hourly staff.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is required.

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational leadership role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven background in the application of lean production and methodologies, quality and ISO 9001 processes, inventory control, procurement procedures and techniques, EHS and logistics.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop long-term strategic plans and follow-up action plan to execute on these deliverables.
  • Embody the Company’s ethics and values; maintain the highest corporate governance principles Proven leader with ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Systems experience with Microsoft office and Oracle ERP are strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of PSG business – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, annual budgeting and planning process for operations annual budget.
  • Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, complete on-time delivery and performance metrics.
