HowYou'll Make an Impact
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key market verticals.
- Forecast bookings and manage opportunity pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
- Collaborate with business units to align value propositions with market trends.
- Drive market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee team development, including training and performance management.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits.
- At least 5 years of experience in the data center market.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions.
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.

Compensation Range is $200,800 - $251,000.
