NOW HIRING: 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor - Forest City, Missouri
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising hourly maintenance employees and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise hourly maintenance employees and union/non-union contractors
- Schedule work, manage attendance and payroll
- Lead PM, PDM, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Partner with Production on maintenance projects and outages
- Manage work orders in CMMS
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies (LOTO, NFPA 70E, mobile equipment, permits, etc.)
- Be available for on-call support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a progressive maintenance environment with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of PM, PDM, FMEA, RCFA, and CMMS (MP2 a plus)
- Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus
- Equipment certifications (or willingness to train):
Crane, Forklift, Bobcat, Manlift
