Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Detail/Enhancement Manager in Landscaping located in Greater St. Louis. The Detail/Enhancement Manager will oversee and manage landscaping projects with a focus on enhancing existing landscapes. The role involves planning, scheduling, and implementing enhancement tasks, coordinating with teams, managing resources, ensuring quality standards, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction. Additional tasks include supervising team members, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Landscape Management, including project planning, site assessment, and enhancement techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and guide landscaping teams.
  • Knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and proper maintenance techniques for various plants and shrubs.
  • Commitment to health and safety guidelines, ensuring all projects comply with industry and environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to landscaping and enhancement projects.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Experience in designing and executing landscape plans is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
