Dickey's Barbecue Pit - 1912 S Brentwood Blvd - [Restaurant Shift Lead / Shift Manager] - As a Pit Boss Shift Leader at Dickey's you will:
Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts;
Assign employee shift duties;
Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences;
Train and coach new employees;
Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management;
Check cash drawers and complete end of day reporting;
Ensure health and safety standards are followed;
Address customer complaints.
