$73 - $91 (hourly estimate)

The Senior Organizational Change Manager leads the planning, execution, and monitoring of change initiatives to ensure employees successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. This role partners closely with business architects and business leaders to deliver the human‑side outcomes of transformation. The Senior OCM will also apply technical change and communication strategy plans to develop and implement clear, targeted communication materials that support the success of change management efforts aligned to Ford Motor Company's digital transformation goals.
