The Managing Partner – CPA at Infinity Wealth Group will serve as the integrator and future leader of the firm, responsible for scaling the business. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial CPA who wants to build and lead the firm. During the initial phase, the Managing Partner will focus heavily on tax execution and client delivery, particularly through tax season, while laying the foundation for systems, leadership, and growth.
Over time, responsibilities will transition away from day-to-day tax work toward firm management, advisory leadership, and strategic expansion. This role offers long‑term upside, including equity potential, for a CPA who produces results and leads with ownership mentality.

- Lead and oversee all tax preparation and tax strategy for individual and business clients, including high-net-worth individuals
- Integrate tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services into a scalable, profitable business model
- Drive firm growth from approximately $500K in revenue to $3–4M+ through strategic planning and execution
- Establish operational systems, workflows, and processes where limited structure currently exists
- Transition the firm from founder-dependent operations to a sustainable, team-driven model
- Provide strategic financial guidance to business clients beyond compliance work.
- Build, mentor, and lead future advisors, preparers, and operational staff.
- Reduce personal tax preparation workload over time by developing talent and systems.
- Act as the primary integrator between ownership, advisors, and clients.
- Collaborate with ownership on long-term vision, succession planning, and equity strategy.
- Proven leadership with the ability to build and scale teams.

- Demonstrated ability to produce measurable business or revenue growth
- 5‑8+ years of experience in individual and business tax preparation
- Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting for businesses
- Prior experience building, scaling, or leading a firm, practice, or business unit preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
- Willingness to participate in advisory environments, workshops, and continuous learning
