We are partnered with a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company entering an exciting growth phase, seeking a Senior Regional Director (SoCal/AZ).

Their ADHD product is the only rapid-onset methylphenidate that lasts all day - a truly differentiated therapy in the market.

• Lead 8–10 specialty sales reps
• $275K+ First-Year OTE (at plan)

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive performance.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular field ride-alongs (significant regional travel).
• Ensure strict compliance and ethical promotion.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 12+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 5+ years management experience (including managing managers).
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical data effectively.
• Valid driver’s license; up to 50% travel required.
