Safety Manager

As Safety Manager position is available at Garney, you will be responsible for ensuring safety is the number one priority on our water and sewer pipeline projects.

• Review, implement, and assist on safety regulations and standards to project management and field personnel.
• Conduct safety training for job site personnel.
• Conduct daily safety inspections to identify, document, and correct safety hazards.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations.

• Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or a safety-related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification in Construction.
• Must have or be able to obtain CHST within 6 months of employment.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
