A rapidly growing property management organization is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, strengthen systems, and support continued expansion. This executive-level position is ideal for a seasoned operator who thrives in growth environments and is excited to build structure, efficiency, and culture across a scaling organization.

• Lead and mentor high-performing operational teams.
• Build organizational infrastructure, streamline workflows, and optimize systems.
• Develop and refine training programs that ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Drive accountability through performance metrics and structured feedback processes.
• Partner closely with ownership/executive leadership to execute company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Elevate culture, improve communication, and support sustainable long-term growth.

• 15+ years in property management, multifamily operations, or related real estate management.
• 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role (COO, VP of Ops, Director of Property Management, etc.).
• Proven experience successfully scaling teams and systems in a rapid-growth environment.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills.
• A leader who is people-focused, highly organized, and passionate about driving operational results.

$150,000-$185,000
