We’re looking for a passionate innovator to lead our Manager and Leadership Development practice and take our strategy to the next level. In this highly dynamic and visible role you’ll be equal parts program manager, learning experience designer, facilitator, and coach as you focus on elevating leadership capabilities for all people leaders lab oration is your middle name; however, you’re still able to roll up your sleeves and be an independent self-starter when needed.

What You’ll Do- Lead and evolve our Leadership Development practice to ensure we’re providing “the right learning at the right time” for our different levels of leadership, elevating capabilities that drive high performance teams.
- Partner with the Director of Learning + Development to craft a leadership development strategy for new and experienced managers and leaders, plus broad-stroke learning programming for all employees.
- Evolve manager development programming in a remote-first environment, analyze current program scope and design, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and serve as the lead curriculum designer and facilitator.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the People Team and the entire organization to drive future programming; work with subject matter experts to craft new content and curriculum; facilitate and/or co-facilitate instructor-led training when appropriate.
- Write communications, plans, and other internal content related to leader learning.
- Define, measure, and communicate leadership development success metrics.
- Own and evolve the People Leader Hub, the one-stop shop for learning and development for all people leaders.
- Designed and delivered Leadership Development experiences and programs that support a growing global workforce of 2000+ employees.
- Scaled Executive Coaching programs and partnered with vendors to measure effectiveness.
- Built multiyear roadmaps for moments that matter to leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in human-centered design and ability to build learning experiences from Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype.
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development program design and management, experience design, and facilitation.
- Developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch, partnered with subject matter specialists, and coached team members to develop those skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to distill complex information to essentials.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent).
- Track record of program development delivering business impact and ROI.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate broadly.
- A proactive improvement mindset to continually enhance programs.
- Experience building multiyear roadmaps for leadership moments.
- Experience leveraging learning technologies (LMS/LCMS/LEP) to scale programs.
Base Pay Grade: M | Equity Grade:
9. Affirm offers a simple and transparent pay structure. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
USA base pay ranges: CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $180,000 - $230,000 per year; all other U.S. states: $160,000 - $210,000 per year.
Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Affirm is remote-first; some roles may require occasional office presence, and some roles remain office-based due to job responsibilities.
