Director, Decision Support and Cost Accounting

The Director - Decision Support leads efforts in identifying, investigating, and recommending margin improvement opportunities. This role involves overseeing the Decision Support team and the Costing team, facilitating significant cross-functional collaboration, and aligning financial strategies with operational goals. This position reports to the Executive Director - Financial Planning and Capital Management, and partners with community CFOs for leading a team that delivers insights, recommendations, and results that drive margin improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare operations, or coding, with significant experience in a decision support setting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and driving financial performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Expertise in cost accounting, coding charge master, and revenue mapping is preferred.
