• Own and manage the Career & Enterprise Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and leadership development priorities
• Operate within a governance framework to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on enterprise learning matters
• Define and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure business impact and program effectiveness
• Integrate new technologies and approaches to enhance leadership development programs

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or Enterprise Learning development
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership or development programs for enterprise audiences
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams of program managers
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or business schools
• Strong understanding of measurement and evaluation frameworks for leadership development programs
• Global perspective and experience designing programs that resonate across cultures and geographies
