Overview
Work on Frontier AI Systems | Via 10x.team | Major AI Lab Partner
Location Requirement: Europe (EU + UK)
10x.team is assembling a select group of European-based senior executives and C-suite leaders to support leading frontier AI labs in training next-generation models. This is not consulting. This is not advisory board work. This is model shaping
. You will help advanced AI systems reason better about executive decision-making: from corporate strategy and organisational design to market positioning, operational scaling, capital allocation, and the high-stakes judgment calls that define whether companies succeed or fail. If you value strategic clarity, leadership under ambiguity, and the future of intelligent business systems, this is your arena.
You Will Contribute To Reinforcement Learning From Human Feedback (RLHF) Datasets That Strengthen AI Reasoning Across Executive Leadership And Corporate Strategy Contexts. Specifically, You Will
- Draft complex scenarios involving strategic decision-making, board-level trade-offs, market entry, M&A evaluation, organisational restructuring, crisis leadership, and capital allocation under uncertainty
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses for strategic soundness, operational realism, stakeholder awareness, and the nuance that separates textbook answers from executive judgment
- Create prompt variants tailored to different executive perspectives (e.g., CEO navigating a pivot, CTO evaluating build-vs-buy, CMO repositioning a brand, COO scaling operations across markets, CCO managing a compliance crisis)
- Design examples that intentionally expose weaknesses in strategic reasoning — survivorship bias, false consensus, over-indexing on competition, ignoring second-order effects, confusing activity with progress, underestimating execution risk
- Ensure outputs reflect European business realities, including familiarity with EU regulatory environments, works councils, cross-border scaling challenges, European capital markets, cultural differences in leadership and governance, and stakeholder capitalism vs. shareholder primacy dynamics
- Collaborate asynchronously with our research coordination team. This is structured, high-focus intellectual work — the kind of judgment that only comes from having sat in the seat and made the call, distilled into training signal.
You are a current or former C-suite executive with real operational leadership experience in a European business context. Minimum profile:
- Current or former CEO, CTO, COO, CMO, CCO, or equivalent C-level / Managing Director role
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years at executive or board level
- Based in an EU or UK jurisdiction with working knowledge of European markets, governance, and regulatory landscapes
- Demonstrated experience making high-stakes decisions across strategy, operations, people, or capital — with real accountability for outcomes
- Ability to articulate strategic reasoning, leadership trade-offs, and organisational dynamics clearly, and identify shallow thinking or flawed assumptions quickly
- Bonus:
- Experience leading companies through inflection points — scaling, pivots, turnarounds, IPOs, M&A, market expansion
- Multi-market European experience (operating across jurisdictions, cultures, regulatory regimes)
- Background in technology, financial services, healthcare, industrial, or regulated sectors
- Board membership or non-executive director experience
- Experience building and leading executive teams
- Founder experience — building from zero with all the ambiguity that entails
- Background in investor relations, fundraising, or public market communications
- Teaching, mentoring, or executive coaching experience
- Active interest in AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
What matters most:
You've made the calls that don't fit in a framework — the ones where the data was incomplete, the stakeholders were conflicted, the timeline was unforgiving, and the consequences were real. You understand executive reasoning not as theory but as lived practice, and you can break it down with precision.
- Fully remote
- Asynchronous…
