Partnering with the Director of Sales, you will develop and execute strategies to maximize regional sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets. ** Responsibilities**
* ** Team Management:
** Oversee sales activity and productivity standards, territory management, schedules, and time management for the sales team.
* ** Training & Development:
** Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals. Conduct quarterly sales training sessions and individual performance reviews.
* ** Performance Monitoring:
** Review and analyze sales data and commission reports. Manage the target pipeline lists and ensure alignment with sales goals.
* ** Strategic Communication:
** Establish monthly meetings with the Area VP Sales to discuss regional goals and status. Initiate strategic communication with Sales leadership.
* ** Reporting:
** Submit quarterly reports to the Area VP Sales. Regularly communicate with Marketing Directors and Corporate Accounts on strategic selling situations.
* ** Team Environment:
** Foster a healthy competitive team environment and be involved in top Target Accounts and competitive situations.
* ** Accessibility:
** Be accessible to provide daily troubleshooting and strategic discussions with sales team members. Conduct individual meetings for updates and support.
