Floor Manager

Location: California

* Lead the guest experience by modeling professional, engaged, and welcoming service behaviors.
* Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery issues; escalate when appropriate.
* Monitor service quality, staffing levels, and operational flow throughout the venue.
* Communicate real-time operational updates, staffing concerns, and guest trends to the General Manager.
* Support the planning, execution, and breakdown of special events, promotions, and venue activations.
* Enforce cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with Southern Nevada Health District regulations and Company policies.
* Monitor areas to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and conduct standards.
* Ensure cash-handling awareness and adherence to operational controls.
* Demonstrated management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
* Proven ability to manage and lead teams within a unionized workforce.
* Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and guest service skills.
* Ability to apply policies and CBA provisions consistently, professionally, and calmly.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic math, cash-handling awareness, and operational problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

** This position manages employees covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Floor Manager is responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable CBA provisions, including those related to scheduling, job duties, discipline, investigations, and employee rights. All disciplinary actions must be coordinated with Management and Human Resources in accordance with the CBA.

** Education and Experience
*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum three (3) years of management or supervisor experience in a high-volume hospitality environment required.
* Prior experience working in a union environment strongly preferred.
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the venue.
* Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. (beer kegs, cases of beverages).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels.
