Regional Property Manager (450 Units – Northridge / Tarzana / Lake Balboa)
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Portfolio: 10 buildings / 450 units

Qualifications- 3+ years of property management experience including supervisory (regional/multi-site preferred).
- Excellent credit history required.
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe
. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the San Fernando Valley.
- Familiarity with California landlord/tenant and Fair Housing laws.
- Oversee daily operations of approximately 450 residential units across multiple properties.
- Supervise resident managers, leasing consultants, and maintenance technicians.
- Manage the operational and financial responsibilities of the assigned portfolios.
- Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000
