Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy tailored specifically to the Dutch and Benelux markets.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activity to capture new growth opportunities within the Data Centre sector.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to drive brand penetration.
- Achieve revenue targets through aggressive sales initiatives and long‑term growth strategies.
- Represent the brand at major industry events, conferences, and panels to establish high visibility and thought leadership.
- Build and lead a high‑performing business development team as the local operation expands.
- A true hunter profile with a 100% focus on new business acquisition and winning new logos.
- Extensive experience selling to Data Centre customers across IT, M&E, or AI infrastructure.
- Based in or willing to travel extensively around the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.
- Experience with in the commissioning sector, load banks, or mission‑critical equipment rental.
- Flexibility:
Remote setup with local travel and quarterly visits to the HQ in France. - Commission: 40% OTE split between personal KPIs, regional performance, and booking orders.

Full technical training provided on load banks and proprietary hardware.
- 80k - 100k plus 40% commission OTE.
