Operations Director role in a fast‑growing, acquisition‑driven business in California. The focus is building operational maturity, developing systems and standards, and setting a strategic direction for the service department across the national dealership network. The role is set as Operations Director today, with future progression into West Coast regional leadership and ultimately a VP title, with associated compensation and potential equity.
Responsibilities- Build systems that set standards nationally for the service department of a national dealership.
- Create accountability and act as a sounding board for the executive team, confidently challenging decisions when appropriate.
- Integrate newly acquired organizations into the existing operational framework.
- Think strategically about the operations strategy regionally and for the national service offering.
Strong industry background with an understanding of the commercial side of the business and experience managing a P&L.
