- Control food/labor costs, inventory, and cash handling

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service or retail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make smart decisions quickly
- Passion for developing others and creating a great guest experience
- Serv Safe certification is a plus
