Contracts Manager – The Boeing Company
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join the DLA Strategic Contracts and Transactional Spares Contracts team in Hazelwood, Missouri. The role reports to the Contracts Senior Manager within the Government and Enterprise Contracts organization and is responsible for leading team members, representing the company with various customers, and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance with enterprise tools, processes and procedures.
PositionResponsibilities
- Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops, and motivates employees
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
- 3+ years of experience with U.S. Department of Defense Contracts
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with Defense Finance Leadership (Team Lead or Major Project Focal)
- Experience working with multiple customers within an assignment

Pay & BenefitsSummary pay range: $114,750 – $155,250.
