UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

Purpose

The Vice President of Operations – Central Region is responsible for leading and optimizing regional operational performance across multiple branch locations, warehouses, logistics operations, and administrative functions within the Business Technology and Managed Print Services (MPS) industry. This executive leadership role drives operational excellence, scalability, safety compliance, profitability, and cross‑functional alignment while supporting organizational growth objectives.

Position Summary

Oversees sales administration, contracts, revenue billing processes, operational compliance, regional warehouse and logistics operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Central Region. This role partners closely with executive leadership, sales leadership, service leadership, finance, and branch management to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities Central Region Operations Leadership
  • Lead all Central Region operational functions across multiple states and branch locations
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth initiatives and executive objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning, operational scalability, and regional performance optimization
  • Drive accountability, operational discipline, and performance standards throughout the organization
  • Provide executive‑level reporting, operational analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic recommendations
Warehouse & Logistics Operations
  • Oversee warehouse, inventory, fleet, and logistics operations across regional facilities.
  • Lead warehouse managers, logistics personnel, and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and service execution.
  • Improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, operational capacity, and workflow standardization
  • Develop regional logistics strategies to optimize inventory movement, reduce costs, and improve throughput
  • Manage operational risk related to warehouse safety, staffing, equipment, and facility utilization
  • Conduct operational assessments and site visits to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
Safety & Compliance
  • Lead regional OSHA, DOT, fleet, workplace safety, and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and implement standardized safety programs, policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal workplace regulations.
  • Oversee warehouse safety programs, forklift compliance, vehicle inspections, incident investigations, and safety training
  • Drive a proactive safety culture focused on risk mitigation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain regional compliance documentation, audits, reporting, and training requirements
Contracts, Revenue Operations & Administration
  • Oversee contracts administration, revenue billing processes, meter collection operations, order processing and sales administrative functions.
  • Ensure billing accuracy, operational controls, and revenue processing efficiency.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve operational support, contract execution, and customer onboarding processes
  • Lead initiatives to improve contract language, process automation, and operational workflows
  • Support month‑end revenue objectives through operational coordination and process management
Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies, automation opportunities, and cost reduction strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, standardization, and scalability
