Minimum qualifications are detailed in the Class Specification.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of correctional case records laws, policies and procedures.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents (AOJ and court documents), analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, ensuring compliance and accuracy in records management.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, commitment to professionalism, accountability and operational excellence.
