** General Summary
** Under minimal supervision, supervise, direct, coordinate and oversee day to day Facility operations including: mail and incoming shipment processing, office safety and security, maintenance, repairs and improvement activities for CCRC Palmdale facility. The Supervisor will conduct performance appraisals, manage workflow, and coach staff. The Supervisor will make independent decisions relating to the completion of assigned tasks according to agency standards, policies, and procedures.  

Incumbent serves as property liaison between vendors and various program departments.  Requires collaboration with all levels of management and leadership staff.  Position requires fundamental repair/fix-it person experience for labor tasks including skills for a wide range of basic repairs.

This position may require nontraditional hours in order to respond to emergency situations.

High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED).

* Experience:

**  + Relevant experience with management and supervisory techniques.  + Relevant building maintenance skills and experience, such as painting and cleaning.  + Must be familiar with the local area (i.e., San Fernando Valley streets and highways).
* Technical Requirements - List specifics:
Technical Requirements –  + Basic proficiency level using Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Basic knowledge and experience using Zoom.

* ** Travel**:
This position requires 50% of travel. Staff members driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver’s License and DMV clearance required.
* ** Work Schedule**:
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) but may require working evenings or weekends on occasion.
* ** Work environment:
** This position works on a hybrid schedule. Your office will be in our Headquarters location and will require you to come into the office twice a week.
