, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Provide strategic oversight for multiple branches and markets, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the region.
- Lead branch operations including service delivery, staffing, scheduling, compliance, payroll verification, pre-billing requirements, purchasing, and administration.
- Drive achievement of key operational and financial performance metrics including census, billed hours, fill rate, revenue, gross margin, profitability, and staffing model adherence.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective action plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, licensure, payer, and contractual requirements.
- Partner with Corporate departments including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Billing, Compliance, and Information Technology to support business objectives.
- Execute regional growth strategies designed to increase market share, census, and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and payer partners.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
- Represent Elara Caring at community events, healthcare associations, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Drive community awareness and strengthen the Elara Caring brand throughout the region.
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Directors and operational leadership teams.
- Create a culture of accountability, performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
- Support recruiting, retention, and workforce planning efforts throughout the region.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across branches and departments.
- Analyze regional financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Monitor revenue cycle performance, profitability, utilization, staffing costs, and branch contribution metrics.
- Develop strategic action plans to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
