Branch Manager

A reputable and growing agricultural operation is looking to add a Branch Manager to their team. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual.

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location while supporting overall business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and the local ag community
• Manage operations across agronomy, livestock feed, and energy service areas
• Support sales growth, customer service, and operational efficiency throughout the branch

• Agronomy background preferred with strong understanding of ag operations
• Previous management, leadership, or customer‑facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to lead employees and manage multiple areas of the business
• Self‑motivated with a long‑term mindset and strong work ethic

• $65,000‑$95,000 base salary depending on experience
