Job Overview

Warehouse Logistics Manager – Hazelwood, MO (Supply Chain Solutions division)

Pay: $82,000–$89,000 per year (salary paid twice per month), plus up to 10% annual bonus.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 1:00pm–12:00am.

• Manage the performance of senior and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs, expectations, and operate the account to meet those demands.
• Handle payroll for employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and produce financial and operational reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, obtain vendor quotes, and manage customer invoicing.
• Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and remain available for flexible scheduling across work shifts.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or a related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required).
• Bilingual English/French a plus (for Quebec locations only).
