Location Area:
* Marionville, MO
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and ensure exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
* Oversee daily financial responsibilities, including labor costs, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
* Coach and mentor team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
* Encourage the professional growth and development of all staff members.
* Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve store goals.
* Assist in the hiring process to select quality staff and develop strategies for their retention.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Financial acumen related to labor costs and inventory management.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
