General Manager

full-time opportunity has come available for a General Manager / Clinical Manager to join a well-established health ca reorganization that thrives on providing it’s patients with the highest possible quality of care.

, near the beautiful Colorado River and just 40 miles from a variety of recreational activities in Lake Havasu.

• Directly supervise RN’s, Home Health Aides, and Social Workers in the Home health industry
• Oversee performance improvement
  , quality management plans, as well as the development of the department policies and procedures.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to patients within their homes including but not limited to: nursing, home health aide services, and medical social work

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is Preferred
• Current CPR certification and valid Driver’s License
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in Home Health or Hospice care
• Experienced in overseeing staffing needs, productivity, and development
• Deep understanding of state and federal rules/regulations related to providing hospice services
• Experience leading a team to provide clinical services to patients in their homes and/or hospice setting is a MUST
