Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all branch KPIs within the region are achieved
- Ensure branch operations in the area run smoothly through fulfillment and management of human resources
- Ensure the expansion of the designated area managed by Amartha runs well
- Ensure portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and branch audit values meet expectations
- Uphold the principle of transparency in the branch
