Location:

• Oversee all materials/supply chain operations globally.
• Establish and ensure adherence to best practice policies and procedures; develop, implement and manage best practice material handling supporting shop‑floor lean manufacturing and lean logistics initiatives.
• Establish and implement methods and best practices related to systems and processes that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
• Develop, implement, track Materials Management metrics; perform root‑cause analysis and actions to improve any metric not meeting targeted goal.
• Develop strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations including inventory management, staging and material handling processes, quality and logistics; develop operating guidelines, policies, and procedures for inventory and warehousing.
• Monitor overall inventory accuracy for all locations and develop action plans with direct reports to resolve issues and improve processes; ensure inventory controls at all locations; establish inventory and warehousing performance measures.
• Represent materials organization on corporate materials task force teams; manage department budget, associated costs and resources; participate as a member of the operations team in making cross‑functional operational decisions; collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to achieve cost‑reduction targets.
• Select, evaluate and manage employees to ensure efficient operations of the function.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
