Job Overview
Assistant Store Manager – Join our team and help maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and recruit and select team members. - Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
- Recruit and select team members.
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other operational and strategic duties.
- At least one year of retail experience (preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer).
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Base pay: $17.27 – $25.20 plus commission on sales (final pay determined by experience and qualifications).
