The head of the Road Intervention Center participates in the definition of operational and maintenance policies, implements, manages, and supervises the means and teams.

Due to your mission of network surveillance, you are required for VH (Winter Viability) duties in winter and DIS (Security Intervention Device) duties for the rest of the year. You ensure different missions such as the control of road maintenance works, the signage of construction sites, and the follow-up of vertical and horizontal signage works. In the context of the maintenance policy, you must be a force of proposal by actively participating in the programming of works in the public service (mowing, clearing, cleaning of ditches, signage, road repair, masonry...)

and their execution with the means of the center at your disposal (equipment, personnel, and buildings / PPE) within the framework of delegated budgets. You ensure the conservation and management of the public domain and of the engineering structures. You supervise and organize the activity of a team of 6 agents.

We are looking for a candidate, level CAP or BEP, with solid knowledge in the fields of road maintenance and operation and with experience as a supervisory agent / supervisory agent principal with supervision. This position requires supervisory skills and the ability to report. Additional information:
Position open to the employment framework of territorial supervisory agents and to agents with the professional examination or the competition of the required grade. Function RIFSEEP: head of road center. NBI supervision of a technical team of at least 5 agents. Salary information: statutory treatment, indemnities regime, annual bonus, social protection participation (if labeled mutual). Permits B and C required.
